تقدم روضة براعم رواد الخليج العالمية تعليم متخصص لمرحلة ما قبل المدرسة العادية حيث تم افتتاح أول مدرسة في الرياض عام 2014، وتعتمـد المدرسة نهج يستند على الأبحاث وأفضل الممارسات العالمية التي أثبتت أنــه الأمثل لتوفير أعلى مستـويات التعلم للتلميذ.
فـي إطار التعليم فـي مرحلة الطفولة المبكـرة يتم تـدريـب الطلاب على تـطويـر قـدراتهم ومهاراتهم الحركية والحسية من خلال الأنشطة والمواد التي تتيح لهم ممارسة هـذه الفعاليات بأنفسهم، لتنمية الحواس الخمس: النظـر والسمع والتـذوق والشم واللمس والحركة.
أمـا فـي بــرنامج الصفـوف الأولية من المـرحلة الابتدائية. يستأنف الطالب نمـوه الذهني، وينظم أفكاره من خلال مقرر (بيرسون (Pearson المتخصص الذي ينمي قدراتــه على الانتقال مـن المحسـوسات إلى المجردات المعرفية مما يتيح له فرصة تطبيقها في الواقع المعاش وتطوير هذه المعارف خلال مراحل نموه المستقبلية.
المقررات الدراسية بالمدرسة
وتنتهج الروضة نظام التعليم الشامل (Common Core State Standard) في تطبيق مستوى الحالة العامـة لتعلم اللغـة الإنجليـزيـة وآدابهـا والرياضيات والعلــوم والدراسات الاجتماعية لتساعد في بناء مفكري القرن الحادي والعشرين
ومن مقررات مادتي اللغة العربية والدراسـات الإسلاميـة بمعـدل حصة واحـدة لكل مادة يوميا وبرنامج التربية البدنية والفنية مرتيـن أسبوعيا. وهناك برنامج خارج اليوم الدراسي (نادي المستكشفين) مرة في الأسبوع.
