Is your child ready to wake up early for school after vacation!!

It's time to encourage them to get back into their sleep routine.

Here are our tips on how to help your little one’s sleep schedule remain as consistent as possible over the holiday break:

1-follow a consistent bedtime routine (shower,Pyjamas,and brush teeth) .

2-Establish a relaxing setting at bedtime (light off ,quite room and a little bit cool)

3- Do not have a computers or televisions in a bedroom.

4-Avoid afternoon naps if it makes a difficult to call a sleep time .

5-Get up the same time every morning.

This predictable routine also gives your child a sense of security and teaches them how to fall asleep on their own.
