تأسست المدرسة عام 1388 وبدأ بالمرحلة الابتدائية ثم تطورت فألحق بها القسم المتوسط عام 1409هــ ثم القسم الثانوي عام 1418هــ . وسميت المدرسة تيمنا بجلالة المغفور له الملك فيصل بن عبد العزيز ال سعود

وفي خلال العام 1436 هـ تم فتح فرع (الفلاح) كفرع ثان للمدارس شمال جدة بالحمدانية وتم اعتماد القسم الدولي بتدريس المنهج الامريكي حسب معايير برنامج AiAA الدولي .
