تأسست عام 2010م الموافق للعام الهجري 1432هـ بمحافظة الخرج لتكون أول مدارس نموذجية في المبنى والمحتوى في المحافظة، يشرف على المدارس فضيلة الشيخ فيصل بن عبدالرحمن الشدي، ويدير شؤونها التعليمية الأستاذ الفاضل/ عبدالرحمن بن علي القيشان، ويعمل فيها طاقم إداري متميز ومعلمون أصحاب خبرة عالية وثرية.

كما يحتوي المبنى على وسائل تعليمية وتقنية عالية في الفصول الدراسية والمعامل المجهزة بوسائل حديثة ومصادر تعليمية غنية بالمواد المعرفية والوسائط التعليمية.
