تأسست مدارسنا عام 1386 هـ بهدف إعداد أجيال مرتبطة بربها وبدينها مستفيدة من كل ما يمكن أن يتيحه العصر بين أيدينا من مبتكرات ومعارف ترفع إمكاناتها وتنمي إبداعاتها فكانت مدارسنا لها السبق في افتتاح أول قسم ثانوي للبنات على مستوى التعليم الأهلي والعام في المنطقة الشرقية بالدمام بمرسومٍ سامٍ من صاحب السمو الملكي الملك فهد بن عبد العزيز آل سعود رئيس اللجنة العليا لسياسة التعليم بالمملكة وذلك في عام 1390هـ وذلك قبل افتتاح الرئاسة العامة لتعليم البنات للمرحلة الثانوية، وتلا ذلك افتتاح قسم البنات بالخبر
وفي عام 1410 تم افتتاح قسم البنين بالخبر واضعين نصب أعيننا تربية جيل يبلغ من الدين أكمله ومن الخلق أحسنه ومن العلم أنفعه.
ثم بعد ذلك وفي عام 1422هـ وبموقع متميز بكورنيش الخبر تم افتتاح مجمع المدارس تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن فهد بن عبد العزيز آل سعود.وبفضل من الله تتنامى أعداد الطلاب والطالبات بمدارسنا كل عام حتى وصلت في هذا العام 3000طالب وطالبة.
تعمل المدارس جاهدة إلى تربيتهم تربية إسلامية متكاملة متمسكة بدينها محبة لكل ما هو جديد متطلعة إلى الإبداع في شتى النواحي حيث نرعى الموهوبين ونثري أفكار الأبناء من خلال أنشطة متنوعة و هادفة.
