Academic Supervisor

Job details : To play a crucial role in ensuring the overall academic excellence and quality of education within the school. To provide leadership and guidance to the teaching staff, oversee curriculum development and implementation, and maintain educational standards in line with international best practices. To collaborates with teachers, administrators, to create a positive and effective learning environment for students. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the academic team to design, review, and update the school's curriculum, ensuring alignment with international standards and educational objectives. 2. Provide guidance and support to teachers, conducting regular evaluations, offering constructive feedback, and identifying professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices. 3. Ensure that teaching methods, assessments, and instructional materials meet high academic standards, fostering an environment of academic rigor and continuous improvement. 4. Oversee the development and implementation of effective assessment strategies, monitor student progress, and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and promote student achievement. 5.Foster a culture of collaboration among teaching staff, encouraging sharing of best practices and innovative teaching techniques. 6. Work closely with teachers, counselors, and support staff to address individual student needs, implement intervention strategies, and promote inclusive education. 7. Establish effective channels of communication with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on academic progress, addressing concerns, and promoting parental involvement in their child's education. 8. Ensure compliance with relevant educational regulations, laws, and accreditation standards, and assist in the development and implementation of school policies.

Special requirements : 1. Education: Bachelor or master's degree in education, or a related field. 2. Experience: 3-4 years of experience, in international school 3. Knowledge of International Curricula
