تمّ تأسيس مدارس الكثبان العالمية في عام 2011 من قبل أكاديمية هندية بارزة في المملكة العربية السعودية، بهدف توفير مستوىً عال من التّعليم الجيّد للطلاب من مختلف الجنسيات. تحت إدارة مجموعة من الكوادر التّعليمية والإدارية ذوي خبرة عالية من الهند والمملكة العربية السعودية
تقدم مدارس الكثبان العالمية مناخ ملائم، يوفّر أسساً خصبة لتطوير ونموّ مريح لكل طالب، كما تلتزم برصد الاحتياجات الأكاديمية واللامنهجية لطلبتها بعناية واستمرار. وتضم المدرسة مجموعة واسعة من المواد والمناهج والأنشطة
تجهيزات وأنشطة
تتوفر مدارس الكثبان العالمية على فصول مجهزة بوسائل تعليمية حديثة ومختبرات متطورة، إضافة لمرافق رياضية مجهزة لممارسة رياضات وألعاب مختلفة (السباحة، الريشة، الكريكت، كرة القدم...). كما تهتم المدرسة بالأنشطة الفنية والحرف لمساعدة الطلاب على إكشاف مواهبهم.
الاعتماد الدولي
حصلت مدارس الكثبان العالمية على الاعتماد الدولي من هيئة الاعتماد الأكاديمي للمنظمة الامريكية للاعتماد الدولي للمدارس والكليات. (AiAA) والتي تعرف كإحدى اقوى وأبرز هيئات الاعتماد العالمية
